Property Description You’ve arrived! As you look towards the lake you may see a beautiful sunset filtering through the trees that frame a lovely view up Echo Lake. Because this lot is slightly elevated the privacy is very good and although there is a small cottage road between you and the lake, it is almost unseen due to the elevation. Make a note to enjoy a meal or two here at the picnic table.A couple of steps up to a wooden 8x16’ deck and you will find Muskoka chairs and the charcoal BBQ. Head into the cottage through an enclosed, carpeted front porch furnished with a couch and chair. A great spot for evening coffee to take advantage of the view. Inside the cottage the L-shaped, carpeted living and dining room are complete with a granite gas fireplace in the dining room. A small desk here provides a computer area to utilize the internet. The kitchen has a large ceramic top island to allow for ample food preparation space. There is a pantry here for lots of storage. A gas stove, fridge and double ceramic sink make this small kitchen a delight to work in. Continuing along a carpeted hallway we find the 2 bedrooms and 4 piece bathroom complete with washer and dryer. How is that for convenience? One bedroom has twin bunk beds and a west facing window. The bright master bedroom has a queen size bed, 2 closets and a wardrobe. A gorgeous stained glass window allows light through the north facing window and provides privacy from the Bunkie. To complete the sleeping spaces there is a Bunkie beside the cottage. Two double bunk beds provide sleeping space for four. The wood finished walls and high unfinished ceiling lends itself to the opening feeling of this cottage space. Settle down for the evening with the entertainment area that has a TV/DVD and VCR or satellite TV. Borrow a movie from the owner’s library or bring your own. Music completes this area with a 5 disc CD changer. The leather furniture and auto industry theme make this an eclectic area with lots of memorabilia for that “trip down memory lane”. Remember when…? After you have had a long walk to the end of the dead end road the dock is inviting. Enjoy a swim from the dock where the water is shallow, the bottom is sandy and great for children. Don’t forget to get out in the 14’ tin boat and do a little fishing…and while away the day at the cottage. We do Ontario cottage rentals best - contact us for all your cottage rental needs!
