Property Description Brand new 1,400 square foot quality cottage on Lake Muskoka welcomes winter enthusiasts and summer visitors alike. The large windows and pine cathedral ceiling in the living area provide not only a fabulous view of Lake Muskoka, but great light during the day.The flooring is oak hardwood - the living area has comfortable leather furnishings and a gas fireplace set in beautifully cut granite stone. The large kitchen is well equipped and has 2 windows for you to admire the view from. There is a grainite counter top and this kitchen is a breeze to work in! The dining table seats 4 and bar stools accommodate an additional 3 persons. From the dining room there is a patio door that leads to a covered wrap-around deck - providing you with great place to unwind. On hot summer days you can frolick in the water, shallow at shore. The dock is about 40 feet long where the water depth is about 3 -4 feet. So bring your boat and tour 3 of the largest lakes in Muskoka, or you can rent one nearby. This Ontario rental cottage offers with a single seater Sea-Doo for an additional fee of $500. The master bedroom with a queen bed is on the main floor and has an ensuite. The other 2 bedrooms are on the second floor and have a double bed in each. The living room sofa is a pull-out, and there are 2 single fold-out chairs that can convert to a sleeping base for younger children. There is a 3 piece bathroom upstairs (shower), and a main floor 'powder room'. The front yard is flat and this makes a great place for the kids to run around.
