Property Description This 3 bedroom cottage rental is the ideal spot for the family vacation! It is situated on an over-sized lot with over 100 feet of lake frontage. The South/South West exposure ensures day long enjoyment of the sun on the dock as well as sunsets! The back yard is large and grassed and makes a great play area for the kids. The side yard has plenty of trees for good privacy and the best way to spend an afternoon just may be with a book while you sway gently in the hammock! No cares here! There's lots of room around the cottage and the front deck provides extra room to sit and relax. The patio table umbrella provides shade when the sun is strong and the view cannot be ignored. There is a small room with screens on 3 sides and a good view of the lake - a wonderful place to hide out.There is a wooden stairway down the slope to the water as well as granite steps. The L shaped dock provides room to tie the canoe or the tin boat. If needed, a launch for your own boat is nearby. Entry into the water is from the dock or the shore and the lake bottom is sandy. If you like small and large mouth bass you can put them in the frying pan for breakfast! Lake Waseosa has lots of bass! There are 3 bedrooms (1 Queen size bed and 2 Doubles) located along the back of the cottage so that the lovely view of the lake can be enjoyed while you are inside the cottage. The living area is open concept, has comfortable seating, and there are lots of board games for all ages. The bathroom has an old fashioned claw-foot tub, and the back yard has a folding clothesline tree for your wet towels - no need to drape them over the deck rail!
