Property Description This lovely 4 Bedroom cottage on Duck Lake is ideal for families who want their space or are having a family reunion, and it's also ideal for cottage weddings. It's 1,700 square feet of easy living space.The lot is about 2 acres and flat right down to the beach! The front yard is grassed making it ideal for the smaller kids to run and play, and the young at heart to play with them. The exposure is north east so you can sit on the deck with a clear view of the lake, enjoying your morning beverage while sun gains some warmth, and in the afternoon you can sit in the cooler shade. Take the paddle-boat or rowboat out for a tour on Duck Lake and some exercise. The area is quiet and you can hear the loons calling while sitting in the outdoor HOT TUB relaxing, after a fun filled day. There is good tree coverage between cottages, and Duck Lake is generally a calm and quiet lake, with really great fishing. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor (double and bunk beds) and the Bunkie serves well for the older kids. The cottage interior has pine walls and vaulted pine ceilings, open concept and is very spacious. The kitchen is a delight to prepare meals in, alone or with others. The beautiful cupboards set off by the centre island, the custom tiling, the under-cupboard lighting and the rich cherry flooring all add to the cottage ambiance. The windows along the entire front of the cottage provide a great view of Duck Lake. There is a spiral staircase to the lover level rec room and one of the bedrooms, and a walk-out to the yard. The 4 bedrooms have 2 doubles, a set of single bunks, a combo bunk (double on bottom, single on top) and the Bunkie has combo bunk. The summer capacity with the Bunkie in use is 12.
