Property Description This new 3 bedroom cottage on Robert's Lake just exudes 'welcome families' and the outdoor Hot Tub is as popular with the kids as it is with the couples! The cottage is ideally located just 15 minutes south of Parry Sound on Roberts Lake, which is a lovely small and quiet lake. The property is flat and the lawn makes a great place to spread out a picnic lunch in your own front yard.Roberts' Lake cottage is a perfect family reunion cottage or wedding cottage. This cottage rental is great for kids as the water is shallow so the little ones love it. The soft sandy lake bottom allows them to frolic with no rocks to interfere. The water depth at the end of the dock is about 3' 6" and there's lots of room for you to dock your boat, and there's a public launch on the lake. The swim raft is set off the dock by about 20 feet. The 1400 square foot cottage has large window across the front of the living area providing a magnificent view from almost anywhere. The interior of this open concept cottage is finished in knotty pine and tamarack flooring (similar to pine). The open concept provides for easy entertaining or daily meal prep - the onlookers can sit at the bar stools and partake in the preparations, that is if they can tear themselves away from the Hot Tub! The custom tiling in the kitchen is artistically done and the general layout of the kitchen makes it a breeze to work in. The slightly vaulted ceilings add to the open feeling throughout the cottage, with an unobstructed view of Robert's Lake! There are 3 bedrooms equipped with 2 doubles and a combo bunk (double on bottom and a single on top), all located along the back side of the cottage. Outside there is a lovely deck providing a great lake view to relax by, and is the ideal spot to rest in the afternoon, and it's covered by an overhang, so shade is assured in the late afternoon. The evening hours can so easily be enjoyed by the outdoor fire-pit and roasting marshmallows is certainly a tradition not to be missed. Or maybe your prefer to spend the evening in the paddle-boat exploring Roberts Lake, and get back just in time to join the outdoor fireside stories. This Robert'S Lake cottage would suit a family with young or older children, and makes an idylic setting for family reunions or intimate weddings.
