The lower walk out level has a billiards table that will keep you occupied for hours and a fooze-ball table for added entertainment. The sofa and TV centre can provide a separate space for others in the family to get away and be entertained.The upper level is the main living area and the large windows across the front of the cottage ensure you can take in the wonderful view across the bay. Many previous renters have remarked on the beauty of the morning sun rising above the horizon each morning. The deck also runs along the front of the cottage providing a fantastic place to sit and relax! The open concept, cathedral ceilings and well designed layout lends itself to comfortable living. The bedrooms are situated along the back of the cottage, the master bedroom has an en-suite, bay windows and french doors leading to a small deck. The L-shaped kitchen is open to the main living area and dining in front of the large windows is a real treat. There is ceramic tile flooring throughout, comfortable leather furnishings, and a propane fireplace to cozy up by in the winter or cooler spring and fall days. And in the summer you can enjoy the central air conditioning on the really hot days, unless of course you are sitting on the lakeside deck enjoying the lap of the water on shore. Or maybe you are watching the kids splash and play in the water. The tin boat is a great way to get out on the water and do some exploring. The lakeside deck is about 16' x 20' and from there you can walk to the step-down dock, or enter the water from the shore. The outdoor firepit is near the deck - what a fantastic way to spend an evening and watch the falling stars.
