Property Description This Lake of Bays cottage rental in Muskoka is ideal family cottage or would suit 2 couples. The yard is flat at the back and side of the cottage, and the approach to the lake is stepped on a gentle slope. There is a new 10' x 20' dock extension which will accommodate a 20' boat. This will also provide a great place for sunning and relaxing at the lake. Bring your boat along - there is a public launch nearby in Baysville.Or you can use the paddle boat and the kids row-boat to take a little tour of the various shorelines along Lake of Bays. The water at entry level is shallow and has hard packed sand making it ideal for the little ones. The fire pit is located near the beach area and has seating around it. The interior of the cottage is cozy - 2 bedrooms each with double beds are at the back of the cottage and the living and dining area have a nice view of the lake. There is a sofa-bed in the living room for extra sleeping. The bathroom is a 3 piece with a shower stall. There is a deck at the front of the cottage with a great view of the lake and the BBQ here provides easy access from the kitchen.
