- Meet with you at your cottage to inspect and make recommendations, if any,regarding changes that may increase the rental potential of your property
- Create the household rules and inventory list specific to your property
- Photograph the interior and exterior of your property for use on our website and other promotional material
- Write the description and create a unique web page to market your property
- Include you in our Strategic Marketing Plan
- Develop a list of ‘things to do in the area’
- Screen all potential renters for your property to ensure that the right family is a great match
- Collect all monies and carry out and execute all agreements
- Notify you of all bookings
- Remit payment to you prior to each rental period
- Provide the renter with an Accidental Damage Coverage option for each rental period, covering you for up to $3,000in the event of accidental damages
- Follow up with each booking party for quality monitoring of their experience with At the Lake Cottage Rentals Inc.
- Keep you informed through our newsletter and advise you of upcoming marketing initiatives, renter feedback on their experience at your cottage and the use of our services
